My journey into hypnotherapy began when I saw the profound impact it had on my 8-year-old daughter, who had experienced a traumatic event. After just a few sessions, her anxiety diminished, her sleep improved, and she regained a sense of calm. Witnessing her transformation made me realize how powerful hypnosis could be, and I knew I wanted to help others, from children to adults, overcome their own challenges using this technique. It became clear to me that hypnosis could help with a range of issues, from trauma and anxiety to personal growth, and I decided to pursue it as a profession.
I’ve always been passionate about helping people, and my studies in developmental psychology and family therapy deepened my understanding of the emotional struggles many face. Over time, I realized that one key area often overlooked in therapy is the impact of unresolved sexual trauma. I knew that by integrating hypnosis, I could help people get to the root of these challenges and heal from deeply embedded emotional wounds, whether individually or in relationships.
Through online consultations, I’m able to help clients all over the world, which allows me to connect with people from different backgrounds and support them in their healing journeys. Virtual therapy has been incredibly effective, providing a comfortable and accessible way for clients to work through their issues from the safety of their own space.
In addition to my therapeutic work, I’m fortunate to have the support of my two therapy dogs, Moe and Neve. Moe, a 12-year-old hypoallergenic Chihuahua, has a calming presence and loves to snuggle with clients during sessions, especially in trance. Neve, my energetic 8-month-old puppy, brings joy and playfulness to the space. Together, they help create a warm, safe environment for clients to relax and heal.
